Color Management
To enable you to print accurate colors with a large format plotter you will need to use RIP (Raster Image Processing) software, a program that interprets the data being sent to a wide format printer and translates it so that the printer understands. RIP software also applies color correction to the image by utilizing ICC profiles. Once set up in your system, ICC profiles automatically takes care of most color adjustments for precision color, time after time.
