NaturaLink™, the latest innovation from Sawgrass Technologies, is the direct-to-cotton ink that digital printers have demanded. The only ink that uses patented dye and pigment ink technology to create nanobright images, NaturaLink™ inks utilize a “cross–link” chemistry that creates a lasting bond to cotton. When the printed image is heat–activated to the garment, the ink molecules actually create a chemical ‘cross–link’ with the cotton molecules, infusing the two together. The result? 100% cotton NaturaLink™ garments that start bright and stay bright.

Pre-treatment for Pastel T-shirts

Sawgrass Technologies' new pre-treatment for pastels is a result of extensive research in the chemistry of binding agents, combined with the quest for the elimination of staining on light fabrics.  Although the chemical formulation is different, the application and curing methods for this new pre-treatment remain the same as that of the pre-treatment for black garments.  Therefore, from a user's point of view, there is no new learning curve, and no work methods to change.  Simply use the supplied roller (or an identical one of your preference) to apply the pre-treatment to the garment with light, uniform coverage.  Dry the garment in a heat press at 340˚ F under light pressure for 45 seconds, and the garment is ready for printing.
