Tech Tip: Which Browser are You Using?

If you’ve been experiencing issues with CreativeStudio, product registration or downloading software, make sure that you’re using the latest version of a compatible web browser and that your internet connection is fast enough. 

Google Chrome is the preferred browser for all Sawgrass web applications, and the required browser for working with CreativeStudio. The latest versions of Firefox and Safari are also supported.  

Versions of Internet Explorer 10 and below are no longer supported for Sawgrass online activities, including product registration. 

If you use either of these browsers, here is how to check if you’re using the most up-to-date versions:

Check your connection speed at SpeedTest.net. Minimum requirements are:

  • Upload - 2 mbps
    • Recommended - 5 mbps or higher
  • Download - 5 mbps
    • Recommended - 10 mbps or higher
