Did you know that JDS Industries, one of Sawgrass’ Platinum Resellers, has a dedicated Sublimation Support Team made up of trained graphic designers that have experience in many different aspects of the printing and personalization products world?

“We provide completely free technical support for all sublimation product decorators,” said Mike May, Chief Operations Officer. “From planning and initial set-up, to taking your final product off the heat press and anywhere in between, we can help you optimize your system for high quality, efficient production.”

May says that the overriding goal of JDS’ five-person Sublimation Support Team is to make the experience of working with this technology a positive one, no matter where you buy your equipment from. Their main interest is empowering people to make the best products possible and to help them find their path to success.

All members of the Sublimation Support Team are professional graphic designers with extensive experience from hands-on work in the field and working directly with customers. This enables them to deliver authentic answers to very real questions and concerns. The team is equipped with a massive amount of technical information right at their fingertips, and can even remotely connect with your computer to see graphics software, print driver or computer settings. They can even complete all of the software installation and settings you need to set up your system for you!

If remote computer or phone support doesn’t solve the problem, JDS’ Sublimation Support Team can then go one-step further and replicate a print job in their Sioux Falls, SD offices using your art. They will pull inventory from their warehouse and then see if the problem is something with your equipment or perhaps with the product itself.
