RowdieInk Adds GO Expression Store for Additional Revenue

“You only have one chance to make a first impression,” insists GO Expression store co-owner DJ Rogers.

DJ and Janet Rowe have been running a sublimation business together for a few years under the name DJ Rogers Designs.

“We are willing to try sublimating just about anything,” laughs Janet.

Now, they’ve launched a new store just for GO Expression called RowdieInk. DJ works as a graphic designer for both businesses. Janet will help produce orders for DJ Rogers Designs, and she has signed up to be a fulfiller for GO Exchange.

“Everyone wants to feel like they have something personal,” Janet says. “Sublimation gives you that niche.”

Together, Janet and DJ work hard to make sure both their businesses are advertised and well represented on social media.

“I set up ads ahead of time and have Facebook send them out at different times throughout the week,” explains DJ. “I do my research and see what the best times to send out ads are.” DJ also sends ads out on Twitter and Instagram. To generate customer excitement, she sends out organic posts to her business pages.

It takes more than good marketing, though, for a store to be successful online.

“It’s all about professionalism,” claims DJ. “You have to make sure your store looks good and that your artwork is clean and interesting.”

DJ and Janet also say that knowing your craft will help with success. Both women stress the importance of research, claiming that Google is your friend. They say they would point any sublimation newcomer to the volume of free information that can be found online.

The team says they hope GO Expression will be able to give them access to some extra income with little site maintenance.
