  2. Go to the "Backgrounds" tab use the search bar to type in Retro, select the “Eighties fun pattern”.
  3. If the design does not fill the canvas click on the “Select all” icon and use the black squares to size out to fit all the way across the canvas, click select all once more to release.
  4. If you are sublimationg both front and back of your notebook, skip to step 7 to print this design for your back layer.
  5. Go to the “Elements” tab and click on the “shapes” tab scroll down and click on the black square. Use the black square to size down leaving about and inch on each side, change the color by clicking on the fill color icon on the right. I used Hex# #efe33d to match the yellow in my design. Repeate this step for your next shape bringing it in ½" more and change the color to Hex# 20f3f8.
  6. Go to the “Text” tab on the left and click on the creative studio folder use the search bar to look for “Fascinate inline” use the text box on the right to add “Talk To The Hand” slide the size bar on the right to around 33. Change to color to Hex# #29c7b6, click on outline color to add a stroke change it to white and drag the stroke bar to the right.
  7. Now we are ready to print click on the “print” icon on the top right, choose your printer and set your page size to us letter, for the product change to “Polyester” then set color mode to vivid, click print. Sawgrass print manager should pop up click print.
  8. Turn on the heat press, set temp to 385F and timer for 40 seconds.
  9. Let’s start with the back of the notebook place your sublimation print face up, line up the notebook add tape at the top and bottom then place the notebook on the lower platen with the sublimation paper face up, place another blowout paper on top, Press for 40 seconds. Slowly lift and remove the sublimation paper.
  10. Repeate step 9 for the front of the notebook, if your notebook starts to bow you can add something heavy to the top once it has completely cooled. Enjoy! 😀
