How To: 90s Throwback Trucker Cap

90s Throwback Trucker Cap:

1. Go to the "Blank Products" tab in CreativeStudio and use the search bar to look for the “mesh cap” blank canvas.
2. Go to the "Designs" tab and use the search bar to type in “Throwback” select the “Take me back to 1990” premium design.   
3. First let's remove the black back ground by selecting it and then clicking on the trash Icon at the top.
4. Resize the design by clicking on the “select all” icon use the black squares to adjust the size in or out.
5. While select all is still active move the design all the way to the bottom of the white canvas area, to double check placement you can use the grid icon at the top, once you are happy with your size and placement, click on the select all icon to release the layers. 
6. If you would like your design to have more of the little elements you can click on each of them to select, then click the duplicate Icon on the right, for example you can do this to add more to the design across the width of the hat.
7. Now we are ready to print, click on the “print” icon at the top right.
8. From here choose your printer and set your paper size to us letter, for the materials change the product to “Polyester” and set the color mode to vivid. Click print you should see Sawgrass print manager pop up and click print. 
9. Turn on your hat press and set the temp to 375F and the timer to 40 seconds.
10. Remove any cardboard from the cap and lint roll the entire front of the cap.
11. Pull down the sweatband and place the cap snug on the cap press, then pre-press for 5 seconds.
12. Place the design face down and apply tape on both sides of the paper add a small piece of blowout paper on top and press for 40 seconds.
13. Slowly lift and quickly peel off the paper 😁 and Enjoy!
