How To: Best Flippin Dad Apron

Best Flippin Dad Apron:

1. Go to the "Blank Products" tab in CreativeStudio and click on the “Design Canvases” tab. Scroll down and select the 11”x17” portrait blank canvas.
2. Go to the "Designs" tab and click on the “Father's Day” Free folder.  Select the "Best Flippen Dad” design.
3. Click on the deign to add it to your canvas, resize the pattern by clicking on the “select all” icon use the black squares to drag it out to fit the width of the canvas, click on select all to release the layers.
4. You can customize all the elements by selecting them individually, you can make them bigger smaller change the color or and a stroke. Let’s change the colors, first select the utensils then click on the fill color icon on the right and change it to black click the x to close. Now repeat the same steps to change each of the words to blue once you change one you can copy the Hex code and paste it for the next one for a perfect match for example mine is Hex# #89cbf8.     
5. Now you’re ready to print click on the “Print icon at the top right, choose your printer and set the paper size to us tabloid. For the materials change the product to polyester and set the color mode to vivid, click print. The sawgrass print manager should pop up, click on print.
6. Turn on your heat press and set the temp to 400F and the timer to 50 seconds with medium pressure. 
7. Use a lint roller to remove any lint or debris.
8. Trim down the printed design, place the design face down and tape down both sides.
9. Place a piece of blowout paper on the lower platen then place a pressing pillow this will help avoid any seams, place the apron on top with the sublimation design up now place one more blowout paper on top to cover your design.
10. Press for 50 seconds then slowly lift the press and quickly remove the sublimation paper and enjoy! 😀
