How To: Halloween Trick or Treat Bag

Halloween Trick or Treat Bag:

1. Go to the "Blank Products" tab in CreativeStudio and click on the “Tote Bag” Icon then scroll down to “canvas shopping bag.”
2. Go to the "Designs" tab and click on the “Halloween” Premium folder.  We’re going to use two designs, Select the “Candy Corn” design first.
3. Click on each piece of the background and hit the trash button at the top of CreativeStudio to delete it. 
4. Do the same with the two lines of text.  We are only keeping the Candy Corn from this design.
5. Once only the candy corn is left, do a select all and reduce the size and center it on the product.   
6. Now, go back to “Designs” and click on the “Halloween” Premium folder a second time.  Find and add the “Wonderful Time” design.
7. From this design, you’ll use the trash button to delete the pumpkin and the background. 
8. Use the “bring forwards” and “send backwards” buttons in the right appearance bar to line up the text and candy corn so you can see everything. 
9. You may also want to use the “scale” and “rotate” buttons to get everything aligned.
10. Now we are ready to print, click on the "print" Icon at the top right the printer should be set on the Sawgrass SG 1000, paper size Tabloid, product “Polyester,” and change color mode to “vivid.”  Then, you will click on print. Sawgrass Print Manager should pop up and click on print.
11. Turn on and set your heat press to 400F and your time to 45 Seconds.
12. Run a lint roller over the bag to remove any dust or fibers before sublimating.
13. Place your design face down and center on the sign, tape down the printed design with heat tape on both sides.
14. Place the sign on the lower heat platen and cover the printed design with blowout paper and press for 45 seconds.
15. You can place this design on both sides, just print 2 and follow the same pressing guidelines for both the front and back. 
16. Slowly lift top platen and quickly remove the printed design.  😊 Enjoy!
