How To: Birthday Girl Onesie

Birthday Girl Onesie:

1. Go to the "Blank Products" tab in CreativeStudio and click on the “clothing” icon then go to the second page and scroll down and click on “Baby One Piece.” 
2. Go to the "Designs" tab and click on the “Birthday” Premium folder.  Select the “Rainbow Candle” design.  
3.  Resize the design by clicking on the “select all” icon at the top of the screen, use the black squares to size up or down, when your done click on “select all” once again to let go of the layers. 
4. If you wanted to do variations for other family members, just click on the text and use the box on the right to change it.  
5. Now we are ready to print, click on the "print" Icon at the top right the printer should be set on the Sawgrass SG 1000, paper size US Tabloid, product polyester, and change color mode to vivid next click on print. Sawgrass Print Manager should pop up and click on print.
6. Turn on and set your heat press to 400F and your time to 40 Seconds.
7. Lint roll and pre-press your onesie for 5 seconds.
8. Place your design face down 3 fingers down from the neck line and center with the neck tag, tape down the printed design with heat tape on both sides.
9. You can put a piece of blowout paper inside the onesie to make sure the design does not bleed through.  
10. Place the onesie on the lower heat platen and cover the printed design with blowout paper and press for 40 seconds.
11. Slowly lift top platen and quickly remove the printed design 😊 Enjoy!
