How To: Thanksgiving Baby Bib

Thanksgiving Baby Bib:

1. Go to the "Blank Products" tab in CreativeStudio and click on the “Clothing” Icon then go to page 3 and scroll to “Large Velcro Bib.”
2. Go to the "Designs" tab and click on the “Thanksgiving” Premium folder.  You want to choose the “Patchwork Turkey” design.
3. Click on “Select All” in the top panel.  Resize and center the design, focusing on the image itself and ignore the background. 
4. Click on “Select All” again to deselect.
5. Select the background and enlarge it to fill the area.  You may walk to click on “lock aspect ratio” on the right side to make this easier. 
6. Once everything is aligned, select the text.   You can change this to anything, but we’ll add the toddler’s name.  We changed the font to “Permanent Marker” and enlarged it to fill the area.
7. Now we are ready to print, click on the "print" Icon at the top right the printer should be set on the Sawgrass SG 1000, paper size Tabloid, product “Polyester,” and change color mode to “vivid.”  Then, you will click on print. Sawgrass Print Manager should pop up and click on print.
8. Turn on and set your heat press to 490F and your time to 45 Seconds.
9. Run a lint roller over the bib to remove any dust or fibers before sublimating.
10. Place your design face down and center on the sign, tape down the printed design with heat tape on both sides.
11. Place the bib on the lower heat platen and cover the printed design with blowout paper and press for 45 seconds.
12. Slowly lift top platen and quickly remove the printed design.  😊 Enjoy!
