How To: 4th of July Glass Cutting Board

Go to the "Blank Products" tab in CreativeStudio and use the search bar to look for the “Glass cutting board” select the size of your cutting board to use as your blank canvas   

Go to the "Designs" tab and use the search bar to type in “4th of July” select the “Red white & boom” premium design.    

Resize the design by clicking on the “select all” icon use the black squares to adjust the size in or out keeping the design inside of the white area. 

You can change the color of any of the elements by selecting them and clicking on the fill color icon on the right.  

Now we are ready to print, click on the “print” icon at the top right. 

From here choose your printer and set your paper size to us tabloid, for the materials change the product to “Glass” and set the color mode to vivid, turn OFF mirror, now click print you should see Sawgrass print manager pop up and click print.  

Turn on your heat press and set the temp to 400F and the timer to 5 Minutes. 

Place the design face down on the untextured side and apply tape on both sides of the paper. 

Place the Nomex pad on the lower platen add a piece of blowout paper on top, place the cutting board with the sub design face down glass up, cover with another blowout paper and press for 5 minutes with medium pressure. 

Slowly lift and quickly peel off the paper using heat gloves, let cool then attach the rubber feet if included 😁 and Enjoy!
