How To: Halloween Broom Company Sign

Halloween Broom Company Sign:

1. Go to the "Blank Products" tab in CreativeStudio and click on the “Design Canvases” Icon then go to page 4, scroll down, and click on “8”x10” portrait.
2. Once open, change it to landscape at the bottom.
3. Go to the "Designs" tab and click on the “Halloween” Premium folder.  Select the “Broom Company” design.
4.  The design should be in the center of the canvas this will leave a border at the top and bottom of the canvas.
5. You can change the color of the background by selecting the layer and clicking on the fill color icon on the right.  If you would like to use a color from one of the brooms, here are there Hex Codes (from left to right):  #efbc8, #d48dca, #5e6772, #8e8780, # 8c589a, and #f0c36.
6. If the background does not fully cover the area, unlock aspect ratio on the right appearance menu and drag the background to fill the area. 
7. Now we are ready to print, click on the "print" Icon at the top right the printer should be set on the Sawgrass SG 1000, paper size US Letter, product “MDF board,” and change color mode to “vivid.”  Then, you will click on print. Sawgrass Print Manager should pop up and click on print.
8. Turn on and set your heat press to 400F and your time to 60 Seconds.
9. Place your design face down and center on the sign, tape down the printed design with heat tape on both sides.
10. Place the sign on the lower heat platen and cover the printed design with blowout paper and press for 60 seconds.
11. Slowly lift top platen and quickly remove the printed design.  😊 Enjoy!
