How To: Matisse Inspired Global Coasters
These Matisse inspired coasters will be the perfect addition to any table. You can do all of your coasters with one of the global designs, or mix it up and do a different country on each.

- Time: 60 seconds

Matisse Inspired Global Coasters:
- Go to the "Blank Products" tab in CreativeStudio and click on the “Home Decor” Icon then go to page 7. Scroll to “hardboard coaster 3.75’ square with cork bottom” and click to select it.
- Go to “Designs” tab and then to the “Matisse Floral” premium folder. Choose the “Barcelona” design.
- Click on “Select All” in the top panel. Resize and center the design.
- Click on “Select All” again to deselect.
- Resize the background to fill the area.
- We changed the background color. If you’d like to do this, on the right side click on fill color with the background selected. We used HexCode #ecc8b5.
- Now we are ready to print, click on the "print" Icon at the top right the printer should be set on your printer name, paper size letter, product “MDF Board,” and change color mode to “vivid.” Then, you will click on print. Sawgrass Print Manager should pop up and click on print.
- Turn on and set your heat press to 400F and your time to 60 Seconds.
- If you would like a set of 4 identical coasters, when you file opens in Sawgrass Print Manager, go to the layout tab and make sure “print manager performs layout” is selected.
- Go to the jobs tab and change number of copies to 4.
- Go back to the layout tab and change the spacing to .25. This keeps the coasters from being too close together but does allow them to be on one page.
- If you’d prefer to do a set of different designs, if you send them from CreativeStudio back to back with the same settings, they will all open up in the same Sawgrass Print manager window. Then you can do step 11.
- Hint: Set up each coaster in CreativeStudio and save them. Then, you would just open and print one by one.
- Place your design face down and center on the coaster, tape down the printed design with heat tape.
- Place the coaster on the lower heat platen and cover the printed design with blowout paper and press for 60 seconds.
- Slowly lift top platen and quickly remove the printed design. 😊 Enjoy!
