Sawgrass Launches VersiFlex at FESPA
Sawgrass Technologies showcased its patented VersiFlex decorating system at FESPA Global Print Expo in Barcelona this week, continuing the company’s momentum following the commercial launch of the innovative all-in-one decoration platform.

Expanding Decorating Possibilities
Originally introduced at FESPA Berlin last year, VersiFlex has since been commercialized and continues to gain traction among entrepreneurs, custom printers, and growing businesses in the personalized product market.
The system supports both one-off custom orders and small batch production, allowing users to decorate cotton, linen, wood, drinkware, and more using a single integrated workflow. Unlike traditional heat transfer methods, VersiFlex eliminates the need for separate systems for different substrates by combining multiple decoration technologies into one compact solution.
According to Printweek, VersiFlex offers a flexible alternative to traditional sublimation, DTF, and DTG systems while enabling the production of high-quality, retail-ready products across custom apparel, home décor, and personalized goods.

“This is the only patented decorating technology that is available as a decorating system to decorate cotton and sublimation blanks, so you can do traditional sublimation on polyester coated product, and you are also able to decorate cotton and natural fabrics,” said Patel.
“It is a multipurpose solution which allows our customers to do more with less. It is a hybrid and gives a nice graduation path for customers who start out with sublimation only to be able to expand their product lines.”
